Intent Negotiation Framework for Intent-Driven Service Management
نویسندگان
چکیده
To automate network operations and deployment of compute services, intent-driven service management (IDSM) is essential. It enables users to express their requirements in a declarative manner as intents. fulfill the intents, closed control-loop carry out required configurations deployments without human intervention. Despite fact that intents are fulfilled automatically, conflicts may arise between user's provider's due limited resources availability. This triggers IDSM system initialize an intent negotiation process among conflicting actors. Intent involves generating one or more alternate based on current state underlying physical/virtual resources, which then presented creator for acceptance rejection. In this way, quality services (QoS) can be improved significantly by maximizing rate requests scenario resources. However, systems still infancy. The available solutions platform dependent poses various challenges adoption diverse platforms. main focus work draft evaluate comprehensive generic framework used develop work, we have identified defined processes necessary negotiation. Furthermore, representing interactions processes, while actors engage results demonstrated proposed increases up 38 percent with processing overheads less than 10 percent.

Towards Intent-Driven Systems
Context: Software supporting an enterprise’s business, also known as a business support system, needs to support the correlation of activities between actors as well as influence the activities based on knowledge about the value networks in which the enterprise acts. This can be supported with the help of intent-driven systems. The aim of intent-driven systems is to capture stakeholders’ intent...
متن کاملHenge: Intent-driven Multi-Tenant Stream Processing
We present Henge, a system to support intent-based multitenancy in modern stream processing applications. Henge supports multi-tenancy as a first-class citizen: everyone inside an organization can now submit their stream processing jobs to a single, shared, consolidated cluster. Additionally, Henge allows each tenant (job) to specify its own intents (i.e., requirements) as a Service Level Objec...
متن کاملAn Adaptive Intent Resolving Scheme for Service Discovery and Integration
Service discovery and integration is an important research area with efforts invested to explore the potential advantages of collaborative computing in general and service-oriented computing in particular. However, current technologies still limit their application within the reach of enterprise systems or privately available services. Intents is an emerging and innovative technique aimed to di...
متن کاملTransactional Intent
Data state in a data management system such as a database is the result of the transactions performed on that data management system. Approaches such as single-message transactions and field calls [Gray1993] come closer than before/after values to expressing the intent of a transaction, the semantic transformation that should be performed on the data state even if that state is different than w...
متن کاملA Visual Tracking Framework for Intent Recognition in Videos
To function in the real world, a robot must be able to understand human intentions. This capability depends on accurate and reliable detection and tracking of trajectories of agents in the scene. We propose a visual tracking framework to generate and maintain trajectory information for all agents of interest in a complex scene. We employ this framework in an intent recognition system that uses ...
